Working In A Team

There will be several occasions through out life in which you will have to work with others. If you have a loud personality like I do, this can often be difficult to deal with, but you can do it. I have been working on this for a while now, and I have found that working with other people is actually quite enjoyable. You just have to remember a few tips...
Listen to others. People don't just state their opinions for no reason. It is important for you to listen to what other people have to say so that you can understand their personalities better.
Just because you have loud (not necessarily referring to noise) opinions doesn't mean you should let them be crushed because you want to be nice. There is a way to get your points across with out being rude or completely taking over what ever task is at hand. Be firm on your beliefs, but do not be overpowering, and let others in the team know that their opinions count too.
If you are in charge, do not get big-headed. If you know that you have an issue with getting a little full of yourself, let the team of people know that up front. Ask them to tell you when ever they feel you are getting overly aggressive. Remember, when working together, communication is the key to success.

Loyalty

One Of The Most Important Aspects Of A Good Friendship
Loyalty is probably one of the most important things in a friendship, but what exactly does it mean? To me, being loyal to a friend means always sticking up for them, trusting them, and never throwing them under the bus or talking about them to someone else.
When you are best friends someone, you should have their back no matter what. If they are wrong in a situation, you let them know that they are wrong, you make sure they learn their lesson, and you don't let them ever think they are right when they clearly aren't. However, when it comes to other people talking about them being wrong or doing something negative, you defend them until the death. A best friend should never judge another best friend's actions. Part of being loyal is always supporting your friend, even when they are wrong.
Never do anything to put yourself in a bad position, and if a friend is getting into something that is so negative to the point that it is interfering with your own life, back off. Of course, let your friend know they are wrong for what ever they are doing, and let them know that if they continue to make the same mistake, you will remove yourself from the situation.
Like I said, loyalty is one of the most important aspects of a friendship, so if you intend on keeping a best friend, be loyal to them. When someone notices your loyalty, more often than not, they will reciprocate that loyalty.

The Premiere of Rihanna's latest: Where Have You Been?

The best things about this video besides Rihanna herself, are the artistic beauty and the choreography! I jam this song so much, and I'm so glad that there is now a video for it! Hope you like it!

Take Care: The Official Music Video

By Drake and Rihanna
A couple days ago, the video for "Take Care" was finally released and it's exactly what I expected! The video is very simple but manages to maintain a message with stunning effects and visuals. I love the editing of this video and the song is one of my favorites off of Drake's album too... Enjoy!

Instagram!

So the popular app called Instagram finally became available on Android! I got it the day it came to the market and I seriously love it! I think it is so cool to just look at other people's photos to see what they are up to and it's way easier than digging through tweets or statuses... Here are my Instagram photos from this week:
